Logos is a browser extension that adds prompt, summarize, and refine tools inside AI chat sites. This policy explains what data we handle.
What we collect
- Your email — when you sign in. Used to create your account, manage your subscription, and send sign-in codes.
- Text you submit — when you use a tool, your selected text is sent to our server and forwarded to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the result, which is returned to you. We do not store your submitted text or the results on our servers.
- Usage counts — we count tool uses to enforce free/paid limits. Counts only, never content.
- Subscription status — your plan (free/pro) and subscription state.
Stored on your device (not our servers)
Your sign-in session, saved templates, theme, and a local history of your inputs (kept in your browser for the History tab — clearable there anytime).
Who processes your data (sub-processors)
- Anthropic — processes your submitted text to generate results.
- Supabase — stores your email, plan, and usage counts.
- Stripe — processes payments; card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Brevo — sends sign-in code emails.
- Vercel — hosts our server.
What we don't do
We don't store your submitted text or results on our servers, we don't sell your data or use it for advertising, and your card details never touch our servers.
Data retention and deletion
Local data stays on your device and is removed when you sign out or clear it. To delete your account and data (email, usage, subscription records), contact us at support@uselogos.app.
Children
Logos is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post changes here with a new date.
